Abstract:
Arpeggios are probably one of the most infamous techniques in music, no matter the genre, but for beginners that are often one of the most frightening things they have ever seen. Well, I will show you that arpeggios are actually far simpler than many people make them out to be, and show you precisely how to they are used.

Abstract:
Without a doubt, learning how to play blues guitar will serve you well. If you’re a beginner, you’ll soon sound like a pro and you won’t have to spend countless hours working on technique to play great music. If you’re a somewhat experienced player who only plays other genres or styles, you’ll have a new avenue to explore. And, if you’re an advanced guitarist, I’m guessing that you’ve already played lots of blues tunes . . . and you love doing it. Hopefully, you’ll learn a few things as well.

Abstract:
When you are a very beginning guitar player first learning how to read music notation, it's easy to start feeling bogged down when trying to name each individual musical note and play it. You start thinking "How can they read and play so fast?"
Why experienced guitar players can understand music notation faster is simply because they are NOT reading each note individually. They are reading the intervals, or the distance between the notes. This is a straightforward shorthand system for reading intervals.

Abstract:
Okay, this second lesson will go through as much theory as possible about the Dorian mode. How to use it in melodic playing, how to use it in songwriting and how to get all the different chords available to you just from this pattern of notes. A scale is more than just a bunch of notes, and this lesson will show you why.
