Want to buy a guitar?
Okay.. You have 3 basic choices if you are not looking for a
bass guitar .
1-Classical Guitar
2-Acoustic Guitar
3-Electric Guitar
-Think about what style of music you wish to play or you will wish to play.
-Watch your favorite groups and performers what kind of
guitars they use.
-Watch what kind of guitars have what kind of sounds.
-The most important factor is playability. Don't buy a guitar
choosing based on color,
looks and other frivolous things.
-In low price ranges guitars vary in quality from absolute junk to guitars
a pro would not
be ashamed to play gigs with. Be careful!
-If it is your first guitar, strings should press down easily.
-The best way to select a guitar is to examine and play several models
in your price range one after the other. It is helpful to bring an experienced
friend to help you judge the construction, playing ease, intonation and sound
quality (a good salesmen should be able to play for you as well).
-A quality instrument inspires you to practice and excel as a
musician. Buy the best guitar you can afford and it will greatly enhance your
learning and enjoyment.
-If you decided to buy an electric guitar, I personally use Fender
Standart Stratocaster USA and it is fine. You can play almost any
style of music with Fender Standart Stratocaster. I know that the
price is very important for most of us. You can check Ibanez and I
think Ibanez is a little bit cheaper than a Fender. If you
say that you can affort don't decide without trying a Gibson. Sure
there are lots of other options.
-Please share your opinions and experiences with me if you think that it
would be helpful for people planning to buy a new guitar.
